It's a pity I can no longer afford to pay my child support the reason why is I can no longer support myself due to the child support taken from my pay check. I never denied my respondsibilty to my child and the support she was rightfully due. Thanks to the courts in New Jersey and the lack of any valid means to correct the injustice imposed on people like myself my child will in the end do without.

If you ask why it will be the simple fact that I will be in jail or living on the street trying to keep out of jail.

I have asked those charged with collecting my child support how can I live on the $400.00 per month you leave me in my wages - their resonds was "It's not my concern".

Someday states like New Jersey may find themselves hopefully in a Federal court explaining how they could do this to the children they claim to protect.

Who suffers most from this - not I for I will go on somehow, but my child is the one most hurt by the corruption allowed in Human Services which is charged with manageing the collection of support payments.

Corruption is defined as incompents, lack of concern, and complete if not partial stupidity.
