Great Idea.

My story is much the same, except with two differences;

1) My new wife actively discourages me seeing my son (14) as she can't stand the guilt of her having been part of breaking up a marraige. I have seen him less and less over the past 7 years and it is killing me. When I raise the issue, she threatens me by saying if I don't like it I can leave.

2) Being pissed off, I found an organisation that I thought was working towards change, joined and became chair, and we are making changes, having input and debating and challenging every assumption we can.

As they say in the classics, (my version !) lead, follow or pay joining fees to someone who is prepared to do something.
