Let's scrap the current "Child support" laws which are ABUSIVE, UNFAIR and UNJUST to the NCP, not to mention, UNCONSTITUTIONAL and replace it with something fair we can all live with:

1. Eliminate "hidden Alimony" so that ONLY real child care costs are factored in.

2. Make BOTH parents, not just the father, responsible for financially supporting their children.

3. The parent(mother) who recieves child support should be accountable to how that money was spent. The parent (father) who pays child support should be entitled to verify that the child support was spent on the child(ren) and ONLY the child(ren).

4. Eliminate the financial incentives that states and other private companies have in creating so called "deadbeat dads".

Change is long overdue. Let's get it done NOW!
