I was known as the "Rigid Jerk" But Judge Norblad could not see any other course of action except to give custody to me. Child Support Money? Hah now that's another story. Get ready to pay our of your pocket for years before you see a dime of support from a Mom that just lost. We have had the boys since 1999, not one dime from a fully employed school teacher with tenure. And she's not breaking the law.... go figure. I'll win, as a matter of principle, but the kids lose in the mean time when the budget is tight. The only ones making money are the courts and the funds they get because they keep dead beat parents on the books so that more money flows in to help combat dead beats. Wow, don't need a rocket sientist could figure that out.

Remember love your kids and you win no matter what the gubmint does.
