I am an 18 month in the fight divorcing father with a son whom I love more than anything in my life. I have been railroaded by the friend of the court into bankruptcy. My ex spouse makes over 100,000 annually and has a surplus of over 3,000 monthly after my 768.00 per month in child support.

The friend of the court refused to allow me more than two days per week due to my work schedule of second shift. They further refused my parenting time when I offered to change my work times to morning shift.

I was told by the facilitator that I was a police officer and police officers are controlling. If you appear to be a meanie, the courts remove your children. Or at least in Saginaw, County.
