I am currently being charged child support on a child that I gave a blood test for and got a "yes you are the Father"and a "no you are not the Father", on the same blood test. Yes, you read that right, the State of Ohio refuses to do another blood test and says that I have to locate the Mother, that I haven't seen or heard from in over ten years. Desperate to settle this matter but getting no where. They just took my tax refund that could have gone to support the child that I know is mine, here in my home. The day that I took the blood test for this child in Ohio, there were four other guys there for the same child and they now say that I am the Father "due to a paperwork error". How is this possible? How do they get away with this?
