The SYSTEM is broke and needs to be fixed... and the problem, is it defies ALL fundamental concepts of the constituion, and sepearation of powers... because the lawyers run the whole thing... after all my friends, the #1 requirement to being a judge is being a lawyer.... People are getting outrageously rich off this INDUSTRY! Case and point, I know a family that their household income is $42,000/year, they receive $45,000/year in child support... Now tell me how both parents have an equal responsibility to financially support their children... If that is the case, then explain when you receive more money in child support than you make in a year, how can you even come close to spending a dollar, for every dollar of support money if it's all used on the children... YOU CAN'T!!! it's mathematically impossible...

You damn lawyers need to get your heads out of the sand and wake up!!! Not giving equal access to both parents does NOTHING but destroy our children's lives! And completely DEFYS ALL common sense!!! even the American's Psychology Association, supports wholeheartedly Joint Custody, and that parental move-aways harm our children!!! And people wonder what is wrong with our youth today!!! 1/2 of them are in what even the psychologist say is a harmfull situation, and the judges just keep status quo instead of fixing the problem, because they are making too much money, and deem it would take to much money to fix the problem...
