I pay 20 % child support for a child I never see because my ex left the state against orders. She was not punished; me and my daughter are, by not seeing each other. Visitation should be directly tied to support payments. That way spouses would not stop visitations with the non custodial parent knowing they still get support no matter how badly they behave. I have spent $20,000.00 in lawyers and have had judges tell my ex I should have access to report cards and visits and phone talks and other stuff, but in reality, my ex just laughs and I get none of these things and when I go back to court and tell the Judge she does not follow the orders, the judges do not believe me!?? It is soooo frustrating!!!!! My daughter and I just want to spent some time together.
