Senator Stolle,

I am sending this payment to you and asking that you speak with your Anti Father policy enforcer to please forgive my lateness. The last instance when I could not pay the attorneys fees (extortion fees) required by your enforcer she had her client file contempt charges against me to collect. They could have done many things to get these fees but. I was subsequently jailed. I fear the court and the retribution your firm demands against fathers

Although their actions are crimes under §24.2-1015. and also §18.2-22, It seems that this is an action taken continually in the courts. I also think that when your enforcer verbally threatened to “have sanctions taken against me and have me thrown in jail” for not wanting to sign my original separation papers is also a crime. Well through financial backing and a strategically planned process of paperwork she did what she said she would, but let’s face it, she has your empirical protection. Is it possible that a law firm with a Senator and a Congressman on the payroll has a little pull in the courts? Let’s also not forget about your judge that is sitting in the J&D court right now just waiting to get into civil court to make you guys some money.

I believe that through the enforcers’ affiliation with you and the congressman, my case was moved from my original courts chamber to another courts chamber. In this chamber, the clerk was removed and the deputy stood directly behind me for intimidation. I was told by the judge that he “felt” I should not be involved with my children’s girl scouts because he would be “embarrassed” if his mother was involved with his boy scouts. (Hmmm, it seems like judgments are made on personal experiences. I wonder what the code of Virginia says about that. Whoops I forgot, if a person is a member of the bar, code violations don’t apply.) He also seemed to know additional information not presented in chamber on that day. You don’t think the enforcer has had one sided communications with this judge do you? This same judge refused to look over two different parenting plans I brought (enclosed) and raised the policy enforcer fees.

Your firm has beaten me into submission. You have won. I no longer believe in the American system of democracy being placed in Iraq and swear my alliance to the empirical judicial legal system. I could have been a great benefit to our commonwealth as many fathers could have been. The continual psychological warfare I suffered from this enforcer and judges was more than I can bear.

Your firm has proven to me and I understand that the constitution is only to be waved about to make a point and policy dictates results. Policy, which allows a judge to make a ruling against a person, in a criminal case and place them in jail, without a lawyer. Policy your organization has fought to keep in place. Policy that has created a society of problems for no other reason than staying employed. The more hatred and animosity this industry can create the longer the money rolls in. As long as misguided youths can grow into misguided adults, crime will flourish. Congratulations, great job.

And talk about creating situations of chaos. Your enforcer advised the client to force a confrontation. During Soft ball games that the children are playing at, the client sits in a lawn chair beyond the third base at all games. After the conspiracy incident and I was released from jail, the client sat directly behind me on the bleachers. She had never done that before or ever since. GOD gave me the wisdom to see through their plot and shielded me from the hatefulness surrounding me.

This policy enforcer has defrauded a judge and her actions were never addressed even though I sent the judges documented proof of her lies, of which I have copies. I have heard several people tell me that when asking lawyers what to say in court they are informed “just lie, everyone does it”. Hmmm so it is ok to advise people to lie if you are a member of the bar? At another time she filled contempt charges on a matter that had no provisions, I also have documented proof of that, in the original agreement but the judge didn’t care.

I realize that the legal industry operates on the “win at all costs” and “drag this out till the money is gone” process but to prey on your own is going a little far. When an enforcer calls a 92 year old boss of another lawyer (mine) and coerces him into ordering the lawyer not to represent their client (me) that is a bit much.

I see clearly now that being a good father means nothing when there is money to be made from with holding evidence by lawyers. The parental alienation training provided by your enforcer is phenomenal. At the advice of your enforcer; I continually receive school information or other activities through letters and notes passed on to me by the children either a day before the event, the day of the event or after the event is over. This is the strategy to make me seem uninvolved with my children. My children now call me a loser and tell me what an idiot I am. I don’t need to guess where they get that from. The children have been so thoroughly conditioned by the client that they will not even look at me when I attend school functions while they are in the client’s control.

Please speak to your enforcer and don’t let her conspire to throw me in jail again. The reason I have been late is that your policy enforcer’s client swore under oath to the judge that the payments were being made by the client and I was supposed to repay the client. I have been requesting proof of payment from the client and have been refused on every occasion.. I don’t know what to do. If I pay the client I am in contempt of the original order to pay your enforcer, if I pay your enforcer I am in contempt from the last court order to pay the client.

Now the time has run out and I fear that this is another diabolical plot of your enforcer to have me placed in jail again. I am scared to death that your enforcer will have a judge order me beaten by the sheriffs department while I am there. All the e-mails I receive about this issue state that this is the next step in the intimidation of fathers. Can you explain how keeping children away from their fathers is better for our commonwealth? Is the real reason only to keep the overloaded legal system thriving on the misfortunate?

As a man I fear the courts and what they have become, But as a father I will always be there for my children no matter had hard you have me beaten.
