I have been sharing my life with a man for 3+ years. In this time I have watched in silent frustration as the NY State court system, CASA, the Law Guardians, attorneys, judges, magistrates, have completely fumbled the ball on allowing this man access, and rights to his children. heis ex wife has made up multiple lies throughout the courts, which my "paramour" (as the court likes to call a partnered realtionship) has proven to be lies time and time again. Yet, the court continues to insist his only visits with his children be in supervised setting (though no history of abuse on any level, or any kind has ever been established" His ex simply says "the children do not want to come" week after week, until finally he takes her to court FOR enforcement....and finds himself a cog in the wheel of the courts.

With regard to support, he was ordered to pay an amount he never made based on tax returns he had not yet filed. The original judge said once the return was filed, the amount would be lowered retroactively. This never happened. The court has kept abysmal financial records, ignoring thousands of dollars paid in cash, with verified receipts...I could go on and on....It is mind boggling, mind numbing, and a complete injustice to the father of these children Who has lost all authority and rights to his children, for no explainible reason.
