One can spill hot coffee upon his/her lap and recieve millions of dollars in damages. Say you wish to marry a person of the same sex and the media and local state goverments are all over it. Say you wish to be a Father, and it falls on deaf ears.

I, like thousands of men across the country, love my child more then life itself. The court system has taken away my pride, my self respect, my food, my home, my family, but most of all they have turned me into a VISITOR! I am no longer a FATHER.

The other night I got a phone call from a gentleman I have never met but he said he found Fathers Of America United on the computer.

The man said he called me because he had a gun at his head and just wanted to talk to someone who like he, has lost his child, his family, his reason for living. Through the grace of God I talked him down. Explaining that if he did himself in, what good would he be to his daughter.

As we spoke further, and he relized he was not alone in this situation and he seemed to regain a little bit of his fight for his child.

While the men and women we address as "Your Honor" were sound asleep, I talked a young Father out of killing himself.
