Brian Brown

Ohio - Mahoning County Juvenile court - gave me visitation and then I filed against them to appeal it. Judge Dellick got slapped by the appellate court that she cannot merely adopt a Magistrate's order so, she added that I would have supervised visitation stating that MY expert witness said it was necessary. The transcripts shows that is OPPOSITE of what my expert witness said and she took it out of context. It was later discovered that my ex-wife's counsel wrote that order and the Judge signed off on it without checking the facts.

Judge Dellick never gave me a visitation schedule so, my ex-wife decided she didn't have to let me see my children. She wouldn't take my calls. I went back to court for clarification of the schedule and the court dismissed my case after a year. During this time frame my ex-wife decided to move to another state - Maryland. She moved and then she filed a request to relocate. It was denied but, she had already moved. The court did nothing.

My attorney filed a contempt charge - the court did nothing. I asked to speak to my children via phone. My attorney asked for her contact information and she refused (via her attorney) to supply the information stating she doesn't have to provide that. There has never been any allegations about me or my parenting. There has never been a protective order or a no contact order against me - because there is no reason.

My ex-wife is best friends with the Juvenile Deputy Sheriff Ken Ruby; he's even on her Facebook! He showed up many times, prior to me knowing his profession or name for that matter, and threatened me. He told me, my boys can't wait to get a hold of you. It wasn't until I went to court and he was in uniform in the hallway that I discovered who he was. He gave me the middle finger at the courthouse.

The court did nothing.

The court allowed this woman to literally steal my children away from me. It has been 4 years and I still have no contact with them. I have not given up nor will I - EVER!!

I would love to sue the Mahoning County Juvenile Court for their misconduct and illegal actions. They need to be held accountable and this type of small town politics needs to stop in order to keep families together. I would never wish this on anyone. My boys are struggling in school. They live in a small house with the grandparents, my ex-wife and her brother. It's a two bedroom home. They go to a babysitters after school and stay there until they're picked up. Yes, I've done my homework - they're my kids. My ex-wife lost custody of her first children, from Maryland, because of denying the father visitation. I cannot prove I am denied because I have no visitation schedule and Ohio will do NOTHING about that. Maryland doesn't have jurisdiction.

Any help, would be great! If anyone knows an Attorney that will sue the state of Ohio... I would love to know their name and number.
