Alan Grana has not been able to see his kids for 2 years. While in CALIFORNIA court his ex-wife called him a drug addict and mentaly unstable. She Stole all the money out of his bank and was able to have a lawyer while he didnt. Her lawyer put the custody first to put him at a disadvantage there.

He spent his last few dollars borrowed from friends to take Evaulations and drug tests ordered by the court.

He Passed them all

When he went to court after not seeing his kids for 4 months he submited them with out the proper form and his ex-wife had her lawyer throw them out.

Thus giving her full custody and Child suport of $7100 Dollars a month. He doesnt even make $7100 dollars a month.

And Now he has supervised visits

Now He has said screw it and wont pay.....Who whould with the deck so stacked against you

He would rather go to jail than pay

I fear he will kill himself... He has allready tried ounce.

I fear it is only a matter of time..

God Please stop this Biased California in-Justice System
