I thought I was finished with dealing with the FOC. Besides paying the FOC I was also paying for extracurricular activities for my son, as well as spending plenty of time with my son and helping his mom.

Eventually, after saving my money while also saving for college for my son, I finally moved into a new house with my fiance.

I knew I was already providing everything my son needed. While the money his mom was receiving was providing a household for her, a companion, and his four kids. I later found out that the house was even leased in my name. She had forged my name to a lease previously!

Things were OK as long as I did not say no to paying for the things my son needed. Well, because I was in the process of buying a home, I was unable to pay for his summer school classes which I said I would but could not at that time because all my money was tied up into the my new home.

I am now back into the FOC which has doubled my support despite the fact that my son is 14 and does not need child care. He was taken care of on less than that for the last 12 years, but she is able to use this unfair system to her advantage.

I am just happy that I only have 4 years left. GOD Bless to all doing the right thing.
