I have been divorced for three years now and have finally moved on with my life, Iv'e met a wonderful woman that I'm finally happy with.

But my Ex-wife isn't, and she is doing every thing she can to make our lives a living hell. But the only power that she has over me is my son and she is using him and the system because she knows that the system is against fathers.

My ex is jealous that I am happy and she is refusing to let me visit with my son, she even tells him that I don't want to see him and that he isn't important in my life anymore.

I have taken her to court numorous of times to the same judge (Judge steven Boswell of Clayton county GA.) and every time she gets in court and lies and say that I'm the one not wanting to see my son, and every time that same Judge believes her, he even threatend to put me in jail if I come back to court with this. So I just gave up on visitations, and just pay the money (haven't been late or missed any child support in three years) "Fathers don't have Rights" THEY CAN REFUSE YOU VISITATIONS FOR NO REASON AND THERE AINT NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT! BUT MISS SENDING ONE CHECK AND YOU GO TO JAIL! ONLY IN AMERICA!
