My husband has done everything possible to help his ex and his son. From "loaning" her money that was never repaid to giving gifts to his son that she sold so that she could buy cigarettes and go on vacation with her "MARRIED" boyfriend. All of that aside, he worked and paid childsupport as he was supposed to, all the while not getting visitation ,she always made up some story as to why he couldn't see his son, ignored the phone calls via caller ID. AT the same time brainwashing his son.She has recently upped the childsupport.My husband had been on unemployment for 4 mnths. Steadily looking for work in the construction industry , a field of work that he has been a part of for the past 8 years and made large amounts of money. But there is no more work for him, and the unemployment ran out. Now he makes $7.50 per hour and is supposed to provide for myself my 3 children from a prior marraige and our baby together. All while being expected to pay childsupport of $545 per month for ONE child.

He makes $1200 before taxes every month.

The Attorney Generals Office told him that he has to wait 3 years until this can be modified.So now....while she pays for her new clothes ,take out food, ciggarettes, new car note, house note, furniture payments etc etc...we are lucky to be able to buy diapers.We applied for food stamps,we have an appointment at the end of this month. And thank goodness I receive my $281 in childsupport monthly...So maybe..we will have our lights next month. My point is, Why should he get a penalty for once making a good living...why should she get so much when she doesnt even use it properly. If he must shell out almost $600 per month because the STATE said so. Why wont the STATE tell her HOW and WHEN she should spend the money?But we did win one thing...My husband NOW gets to have his son for 42 days during the summer. Sure she will still get HER childsupport, but at least my husband will get to spend time with his son and make sure he knows how much he loves him. Too bad she wont be able to call her son...since we cant afford a phone.

Sorry to be so bitter..its just not fair.
